Development-less Plates
Environmentally Friendly Printing: Adoption of Process-Free Plates
Our company has introduced the latest process-free plate technology to
reduce the environmental burden in the printing process. This technology
allows us to conduct printing operations without the use of any chemicals.
≪Consideration for the Environment≫ No Use of Chemicals: By eliminating
chemical discharges in the traditional development process, we minimize
the impact on the environment. Waste Reduction: Since no chemical waste
is generated, it also leads to waste reduction. ≪Our Commitment≫ Our company
continues to strive to minimize the environmental impact, aiming for a
sustainable future. The introduction of process-free plates is part of
this commitment. We will continue to actively introduce environmentally
friendly technologies.
Waste Recycling
Our company holds a strong commitment to environmental protection and continues to strive daily towards a sustainable future. As part of this, we have successfully increased the recycling rate of waste from our factory to an impressive 95%. This achievement is the result of numerous reforms and initiatives undertaken to effectively utilize resources and reduce environmental impact. Specific measures implemented by our company include strict classification and management of waste, as well as enhancing the environmental awareness of each employee. While achieving a high recycling rate of 95%, we also strictly manage the remaining 5% of waste using a manifest. The manifest is an important tool to guarantee the proper disposal of waste, enabling us to track waste and prevent inappropriate handling.

Our company undertakes various initiatives aimed at environmental protection and improving energy efficiency. In this regard, we have fully adopted LED lighting. Furthermore, we enforce the practice of turning off lights during break times and periods when no one is present.
